Well, if you all haven't heard already, we found out last week that we are having a baby girl! I guess it's a good thing, we needed to balance out the group! All the baby boys will have a girl to fight over now! =) Her name is Brynn Elizabeth.. Here's a picture of her little profile...
Well, I wanted to let you all know how you can be praying for me and George over these next few weeks.. We are getting ready to start a whole slew of traveling over the next month and a half. This Thursday we are leaving with Generation Letter for a 10 day road trip to Pennsylvania and then Illinois. They have 3 shows at two big christian music festivals: Creation and Cornerstone. We are praying that God will use these shows in many ways... We would love your prayers for the band, to be able to keep their focus, on ministering the gospel through their shows and glorifying the Savior. And also be praying that the right ears hear them. I am so grateful that we serve a Sovereign God... =) Also, we would love your prayers for safe travel! We will be driving so so very much on this trip, and are praying for smooth and safe travel.
We'll be gone for 10 days then home for a week before we leave for my Dad's side Family Reunion, which I am particularly looking forward to.. (I know my husband is as well! ;-) Then we'll be home for two weeks after that and head to Colorado for another show that Generation Letter is doing.
There is lot's happening, and we are grateful and looking forward to how the Lord will use them.
Please pray for me and for Brynn, that our time will be fruitful, that I will be encouraging and a good support for George on these trips. Pray for self control for me that I will not overdo and wear myself out. And also, pray that I will be diligent in spending time with the Lord, and disciplined to take time to read that I otherwise wouldn't have at home! =)
Thanks again Debi, for this idea.. If it seems as if we've fallen off the face of the earth, I promise, we will come back!!! =) We'll miss you all!
